Deep Tissue
Massage applied to the deeper, core layers of the body often using the elbow as well as the usual thumb, finger and fist pressure. Greater awareness is often needed to go into the deeper tissues. This massage helps with chronic pain and injury rehabilitation.

Follow these simple steps to make your massage even better:

• Remove all jewelry and tie your hair up if your hair is long.
• Let your therapist know where you have any pain or discomfort. We are here to provide the best massage possible. Please offer us your feedback so that we may adjust the massage to perfection.
• Take deep breaths when receiving work. Allow yourself to go into a tranquil state.
• After the treatment drink lots of water to flush the toxins from your body.  You may also want to take an Epsom Salt Bath if you feel sore.

 In Home Massage:
A therapist will arrive at the home with a massage table, lotion, music and all other accessories needed. Preferably a dark quiet space with enough room to accommodate a massage table will be  provided by the client. All distractions: phones, animals, kids will be taken care of before beginning the session. The lights will be dimmed or turned off, many candles will be lit and soothing music will play to create a relaxing ambiance.

 Corporate Chair Massage:
A therapist in professional attire will arrive at the office with a massage chair and all the accessories needed. Preferably a dark, quiet space will be provided by the office. The lights will be dimmed or turned off, many candles will be lit and soothing music will play to create a relaxing ambiance.The sessions will last 15 minutes each unless otherwise requested. 5 minutes will be used for   introduction and wrap up between clients.

 The Spa:
Indulge your senses in a gorgeous Tuscan themed spa with treatments ranging from Massages & Body Treatments to Facials & Waxing to Hand & Feet Pampering. Take advantage of the couples room with a loved one to enjoy a massage together. Unwind in the relaxation room, let the steam room or infra-red sauna melt your worries away.
